Unopened items
Unopened, unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Opened fragrances
For hygiene reasons, opened attars cannot be returned unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.
Faulty items
If anything arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right — a replacement or full refund, your choice.
